Computer updates as recommended by microsoft - a warning

No luck :( I have spent another 1 and half hours trying to install this and Im done. Put it in safe mode, tried using the Get Windows 10 icon thing that always sitting in my tray - zilcho - tried going to MS and downloading from there - zilcho - tried the other suggestion of downloading the media tool - thought it was going to work but then I got the message "Sorry, we dont know what happened but we are unable to install - 0x8007042C - 0X90016

Im given up I think until they have sorted this for samsung RV511 on win 7

I had to try again without the kaspersky anti virus program on. Thought that would do it as that code above said something to do with AV prog. Went all the way to second boot yet again and then just hung with the windows logo. Talk about frustrating. Thats it, I shant bother now til I hear this problem has been sorted.
