That sounds about right Bren, i wouldn't change it.
I'm not sure whats causing the message then,maybe your PC is just letting you know that it's low on your physical memory (RAM) and it needs to use some virtual memory from the paging file. I used to get that message until i "upped" my paging file size,now i don't get it anymore.
