Well, that's quite good news anyway. If it came from a relative it is likely to be family and not just some random person someone found on the internet! I'm not being flippant .... that has actually happened to me and when I tracked the origin of the photo down it was a couple with the same names from a different continent haha!

Hi thanks, no provenance, other than it came with a bunch from a relative, who said it was him. Really want it to be, as it will be my only photo of my grandmother.

There was a discussion sometime ago about various facial recognition programs. Many moons ago Google offered something but I can't see I have it, even though it says it should be there.

Hi my first post
I have attached 3 photos, portrait is Richard before 1918
the two men are my grandfather Richard born 1899 (on the left) and his brother William born 1897.
Question, is the man, with the women, Richard. He was married in 1923.
