The closest I got was Fanny Wallace as a lodger but I doubt very much thats her - and even so, if it was, he should show up somewhere! His court thing was 1889, I wonder if they skipped the country from embarressment? He died here though in 1894

It was all to do with him financing an illegal betting shop, but I have just re-read the second one and the case was dismissed against him. I'm not sure how to show you the link as its a newspaper article

ahh I have looked and can't see them under Bazz*** or Bozz** sometimes they added an 'i' to the end of their name others its an 'e'.

I have just done the same on the other site I use and theres nothing even close! How odd!

mmm fanny also had 5 children, two of whom had died by 1911 (and also not forgetting Matilda, Josephs first born that also died) though that child won't be mentioned at this particular time.
