    I looked. British Origins does not include Weaver's Guild. Ancestry's apprentice tax records would include it.

    I've seen one females weaver's will. She was bequeathing her spinning equipment to her daughter. Something to think about.

      yes I have two of the wills of the Colliers. One going back to the 1700s. Not sure, though if I am able to look up the Tax records of them as don't have 'full subscription,' on Ancestry. But do know that one of the Thomas Colliers. born 1779 was left a number of leases from his father, William. He was quite well off and became a 'Gentleman' William Delves, his brother paid Hearth Tax, which I found, somewhere although it did not mention on which properties, that was on British History Online, I think.
