help with reading cert

hi,
please can anyone help with what the full cause of death is on this certificate? thank you. it's the bits where i've put no idea of words in bold i can't work out.

i can make out most of it- "killed by a wheel of a (no idea of word) engine (no idea of word) over his head on the Wisbech Road. (no idea of word) deceased. riding a bicycle (no idea of word) from behind a lorry of chaff and rode onto the (no idea of the words).
