i ordered an overseas death on 20 oct, the order says despatched on 24 oct, i haven't received the cert. if i flag this with them, will they resend it or ask me to pay for another? doesn't take a month to send something from england to australia.

When I reported a non-received certificate they simply reissued it. -
It literally arrived in the mail today. Gobsmacked. Used to be a week till they processed the order, then another week for it to arrive.Comment
