Forces War Records have the two records you already have for France from FMP but in a bit more detail. (MH106/1111 which contains First World War Representative Medical Records of No. 18 General Hospital: ) Collection: Military Hospitals Admissions and Discharge Registers WW1.
The only place you will find All UK World War 1 War Diaries (Gallipoli and Dardanelles),1914-1916are on Ancestry unless you visit Kew. Scroll down you will see RAMC 18th Stationary Hospital ( Did you mean this rather than 18th General Hosp?) which was at Mudros West. As I said before, although these make interesting reading you won't see any named Admissions or discharges -normally just nos of officers and ranks.
Many of the records were destroyed.
Royal Naval Division WW1 Diaries 1914 - 16
These diaries are of 1st Brigade Headquarters and Signal Companies -the day to day running of the camps and manoeuvres etc
