MORROW KING OF ARMS TO HENRY VIII - records to confirm this ?

In researching my family tree there has been some deliberation over the role that one of my ancestors may have played in the court of King Henry VIII...

Thomas Wall (1480 - 1519) may have been (Morrow) King of Arms to Henry VIII... is there any way I can confirm this ? Does Hampton Court hold any records or would records such as this be held at the National Archives ?

Lots on google about Thomas Wall, but I don't know how you would prove he was your Thomas Wall.
