I registered for email offers on the website, and about a week later, I got an email giving me 50% off, this was in November I think. Have you got the option selected on your profile in FMP?Carolyn

If you put 'Find My Past subscription offers' into Google you will get all sorts. This one appears to be offering 75% off. You probably have to put up with a few unwanted emails but they are usually easy to switch off.
Main research interests.. CAESAR (Surrey and London), GOODALL (London), SKITTERALL, WOODWARD (Middlesex and London), BARBER (Canterbury, Kent), DRAYSON (Canterbury, Kent), CRISP (Kent) and CHEESEMAN (Kent).

Has anybody found any current offers for FMP? Considering their current advertising campaign I thought that they would have accompanied that with a decent discount. Have tried googling etc but cant seem to find anything current. Ancestry always seem to have a permanent offer on.
Just wondering if previous subscribers have had any offers via email? Thanks

The longer you wait after your sub runs out, they will email you and if you can sit it out, the bigger your discount gets. As I use it a lot, I usually haggle on the phone. Another trick is to see if the worldwide sub is cheaper and/or discounted at the US .com version of the site and renew there in dollars. It often is cheaper. Look also on the net for discount codes as they can get you even more off. Doesn’t matter where you pay and in what currency if you take a worldwide sub. It might have a slightly different name but it’s the same access as a UK worldwide one. I paid in US dollars for many years for the Pioneer sub till they pulled the plug on it as it was much cheaper than any other.
