Thumbs up Help finding Grandads army info

    Hi,

where is the best place to search for army records please? My grandad served in the Royal Mechanical Engineers during WW2, I have access to the Ancestry site but there is no info on there at all.

    thanks.

You can send off for his Army records but it will cost you £30 and takes quite awhile. I'm awaiting my uncles sent for in August.
