Can anyone decipher the second witness?

    Hi all

On the marriage certificate of Thomas Piggott and Charlotte Adams, can anyone please decipher what the name of the second witness is under Charles Styles?

    Many thanks

How about W Groombridge Sexton? Here he is on the 1851 census in Bermondsey at St James Place, Engine House, occupation Sexton of St James Bermondsey (where this marriage took place)

Good call. Flicking back through the register there is a clearer signature on p491, and I think I also saw William Jr as a witness too.
