    I didn't fancy the Marlborough baptisms - Mary Ann died and was also in those records with parents recorded so must be another family.

    going back to Bartlett Bennett, he married Letitia Carter from Cainham, Shropshire,
    her father was Henry Carter born 1813
    mother Sarah
    he had a large farm, Milton House, Pembridge, Hertfordshire and hopefully had a will
    can anyone look to see if there is a will before i try and order one please.

    I popped down the library today, and found a couple of others where William takes it on then M Sworn, I love the wording of the ads as well so very polite.

    I love them, wording is just great. I note that she says she is from Dunstable, wonder if that means originally, or recently.

    great to see so many clips, did try and see if she had any in Dunstable, and whether she traded there.
