I have been having a lot of disconnection problems with my internet.
Had various Engineers out ,all said fault was somewhere outside, finally got a Man who knew what he was doing, he asked if I had upgraded recently, I had gone to superfast Fibre a few months ago, which tallied with the drop offs.
Turns out my line is too far from the box to have Superfast , so he capped it for me at the top speed I can cope with.
I will be asking for a credit for all the extra money I have been paying.
What is annoying is, when I go to the box to check whether I can have it here, it says yes??
