Hi all

I thought I would let you know that I finally received the BC today they took there time I thought it would be quicker ordering a PDF, it arrived today a day later than they said it would.

It is the right person DOB is what I expected mother is Lucy Dowsett formerly Cotterill, father George William Dowsett, Gen/Lab, born in Bromley.

Thank you all for your help, I expect I will never know where Southgate fits in or why she decided to use the name can only assume perhaps Mum lived with someone called Southgate?
