Can anyone find any of these family members after 1861, please?
Richard Atkinson bp Rillington Yorkshire 23 Mar 1818 (son of John & Hannah)
1841 in the parental home in Kirby Underdale Yorkshire - he was a male servant (probably working on the land)
3 Jul 1842 Richard was married at Leeds to Jane Nicholson, d/o Joseph Nicholson, waterman. Both Richard and his father were recorded as "farmers." Jane was born at Riccall Yorkshire, where she was bp 26 Sep 1808. (in subsequent census she rounded her age down and nearer to Richard's.)
A son William was born at Kirby Underdale in 1844.
In 1851 & 1861 they were at Kirby Underdale, where Richard worked on the land. In 1861 son William was recorded as an apprentice carpenter.
(Atkinson is a fairly common name in East Yorkshire - I have three, totally unconnected, strands of them on my tree so far.)
Thanks for looking.
Jay
