FamilyTreeDNA.com just announced its DNA Day sale -
* Family Finder - US$49 plus shipping - ftDNA has low cost, ordinary mails, shipping.
Also on sale are Y-DNA and mitochondrial DNA testing (mtDNA has very little genetic genealogy value)

Family Finder looks at inherited DNA across all ancestral lines. Test results may be uploaded to MyHeritage, gedmatch, LivingDNA. AncestryDNA does not accept outside testing results so results may not be uploaded to that site.

I hope this will also apply in UK, I have persuaded a 1st cousin on my father’s side to test and hopefully his brother will agree too so I can have a try at a GEDmatch Lazurus for Daddy.

I believe ftDNA sells at the same price where ever you are, just need to pay international shipping prices.

The prices I've seen in the past for AncestryDNA seem to vary by country.

Also, 23andme has announced their sale - 30% off = US$69 for their genetic genealogy access. I think they still charge a grundle for international shipping

LivingDNA are offering their test for £79.20, a very good discount of 34% on the usual £120. There is postage to add on. I am not sure how much but I think I saw once it was £9.99. It says “limited time discount” but I can’t see any details of when the offer ends.
