The 1911 census would be a good start. I think there is a fair chance their home address would still be the same or close by. Also check on the CWGC website to see if they died in the war. If they did you might get their parent's names. If they are not on the list they probably survived and we can go from there.

How did you come by the photos?
Anne
Found the photos in a box of my grandfathers belongings. These were the only 2 with anything on the back. Already checked to see if they are family members. Still going through 1911 census but no luck so far. Found it strange that both photos were sent c/o same address.
Might they have been billetted at that address? OH's grandad was from Sussex and was billetted at Newhaven for a while prior to embarkation. (He kept in touch with the family for years afterwards)
think this is the address in 1911 ? doesn't help though

This is their marriage. Do the names connect to your grandfather? Letitia was also from Lincolnshire originally.

Haven’t found an E.A. Anderson. Thought I had got 3 entries in Chelsea Hospital but all of them are fold3 only and when I clicked on each, none are actually E.A. at all. How annoying!
E A Anderson is wearing Royal Lincolnshire Regiment badge. There is an Edward A Anderson ( Butcher) born 1888 Grimsby who survived the war but as yet I have not found anything else like marriage or war record.
there is a baptism for that Edward A Anderson born 1888 if that is the right one
