Help needed with GRO please...

Hello folks,
I need to give info about the GRO to someone to aid them buying a certificate. I have the address/phone number & know that the cost is £9.25 which includes P&P...but I cannot find out who to advise them to make their cheque to...all advice will be appreciated.
