No idea - I searched with just Arthur as a middle name but nothing came up with Overton as mmn.
Can't see a death for him either.

GRO Reference: 1885 D Quarter in CAISTOR Volume 07A Page 651 (1891 image shows place of birth as Grimsby which was in the Caistor Reg District).

Can't see Laura 1889 either. I think that must be Rebecca Louisa ??? On 1891 image it definitely says Laura :( Rebecca should have been on the 1891 census tho???
