    I have my fingers crossed that it will be less than 6 pounds! The GRO is not allowed to make a profit, so the cost may well be less, eventually.

      OC - you are correct that GRO work on a cost recovery basis (due to treasury rules), at the moment there is no indication about charges in the future. We will have to wait and see what they decide to offer post trials, although it is the case that that charges have been fixed at their current rate for a number of years now.

      My own guess (based on nothing other than a feeling) is that we will see a rise in the price of certificates at the same time the pdf option is re-offered, probably at or around the trial prices.
