freebmd has phonetic surnames
GRO has Phonetically and similar sounding
FMP has include name variants...

The searches on a lot of sites are quite good with offering alternatives to give you a few ideas, check boxes that give you options of sound like/similar etc could be Anderson immediately springs to...
