Legacy Passage Express

    Legacy Passage Express

    Does anyone have a tree on Legacy, who may know about passage Express, a free download with which you can make a picture CD of your tree?

    I have tried on two separate ocassions to download this software, which, when installed refuses to give access. I get a message telling me the program has stopped working. Checked everything I can think of but don't know what's causing this problem. Really don't want to pay for the full version as it's 54$.

    Didn't know about this bit of legacy.
    Downloading it as I type from
    404 - File or directory not found.

    Cant seem to get the program to install on Windows 7 64 bit:(

        Hmm that's interesting, just googled Legacy passage express, and there appears to be several problems with it. People are saying it keeps crashing before opening, that's what's happening to me. May have to look into it more to find out what to do about it.

          No joy at all. Just cannot get it to install. Give up.

            So it may be a free download, just can't use it. And wouldn't want to pay for it, as same thing may happen. Thanks for trying anyway Sue.

              I got the free version of the program to open by clicking on it in Windows 7 Start menu, but not by the designated button in Legacy.

                Since opening Passage Express for the first time by clicking on it in Windows 7 Start menu, it now opens by using the designated button in Legacy.

                    You're quite welcome. Just trying to help others. Whether it be the late comers like myself, possibly others from earlier that had trouble with it, or. even better....both. :-)

                      Also, keep in mind at the end of installation, if it asks if you want the software to open, do not. If it already has a checkmark in it, remove it, & click Finish.
