How to Take a Screen Capture
A screenshot or screen capture is the act of copying all or part of what is currently displayed on the screen and saving it in image format on your computer.
SNIPPING TOOL is a useful program which is part of the Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8 standard installation.
To open SNIPPING TOOL- Vista / Windows 7 : Go to Start menu > All programs > Accessories > Snipping Tool
- Windows 8 : Open Snipping Tool by swiping in from the right edge of the screen, tapping Search

In the enumeration books the following parishes and hamlets are permanently missing from these piece numbers. Some of these parishes and hamlets represent the entirety of the piece, while others are just portions of a piece.

Using tables in Blogs
The use of table format is a convenient way of publishing dated or sequential information into a blog.
The tables below can be copied and pasted into a member's blog and be used for such things as
- transcription of journals/diaries,
- timeline of events either from your research as a whole or a timeline relating to a particular individual, surname line or event.
- recording the military records of an ancestor, e.g. enlistment, postings, promotions

You can use details for birthplace on the individual census record set search pages, found from the A-Z of Record sets, but you can only search one census at a time from those pages. -
