My family the Saviel has been in India for many years ,my great grand father George Thomas Saviel was born in 1827 India and his father was George Saviel who died in Calcutta, India in 1833.
My great grand father married first in 1853 to Sophia Mary Morley in Calcutta, India . Her father was William Morley.
My great grand father later married in Thonze, Burma in 1873 to Daw Rose Hnin Si and had 3 children all born in Burma, they are Lilly Saviel b. 1874, Edwin David Saviel b. 1876 and Annie Lucy Saviel b. 1878.
If anyone has any information on the SAVIEL family in India and Burma let me know.
