I have been using citations that reference Find-a-Grave and Family Search. I had created many of these. The Find-a-Grave information is particularly useful because of the amount of information that can be available.
I modified the citation fact window in my FTM to include a selection of Find-a-Grave and Family Search. I thought that things were going pretty smooth. I should note that I never noticed any specific steps required to save these unique citation facts.
I noticed recently that all of the information that I had entered regarding Find-a-Grave and Family Search was missing from my FTM information. Not only that, but the unique citation facts that I had created were also missing. None of the other unique facts that I added were missing.
This probably is not the end of the world but I would like to know just what is going on, especially if I did not do something correctly.
