Hi Everyone, hope you all had a fantastic christmas.My Aunt passed away today. Those are the entries that I find the hardest to enter.
I have a question about Ancestry and FTM. I have upgraded to 2012. I am only now starting to use the programs features etc. I am on a tree in Ancestry as a guest and want to copy the information to my tree. I click on the +save to my family tree and the information copies across but not all of it. It cuts familys in half. One person had 13 children and it only copied 7 across so I went back to try and to it again and it cut the family in half giving them another spouse which is the correct spouse, but shows him as an additional spouse with the rest of the children.
I must be doing something wrong as I have never done this before. Is there an easy way to copy the information?
I really appreciate any assistance I can get.
