Anyone else having/had trouble registering FTM 2011 on Ancestry ??

You are far too sensitive and did not read the post.
It was directed at the ANCESTRY comments and not you in any way at all.

As ancestry works hand in hand with the makers of the software it IS a problem that they have caused and that was my comment, the incompatibility was a bug at THEIR end where they have not carried out enough prerelease testing to ensure it worked with their systems.

What I cannot understand is why Ancesrty do not admit that there is a problem and that they are working on it rather than have me try numerous solutions including changeing my registry to no avail. Will never up grade again Had FTM 2009 and it worked great but go sucked into getting 2012 and cannot use the features.
