FTM 2006 wont show web search results

Have installed FTM 2006 on my laptop, (XP and Firefox as my default browser).

I have registered it with Ancestry with correct e-mail address.

When I do a search I can see the results in the top panel, but it says no results at the bottom and I can't click on anything.

Any suggestions as to how I can get it to work please.

It's almost as if it is not recognising your Ancestry account.
It wont do any harm to register the program again - HELP -> REGISTER FAMILY TREE MAKER
It should then ask for your name and email address - then goes to a new page and recognises your email address and asks for your password (Ancestry password)
Obviously email needs to match your ancestry sub.

I am sure you've done this already anyway!!

The only other suggestion I can give is to post on the FTM Online Forum and see if Russ Worthington can help you. He has always been very good when I have needed his help!

I have tried re-registering it several times Elaine. Even had an e-mail from Ancestry saying welcome!

Did look on the Online help but couldn't find an answer.

Will post a question on the forum.

I can't see anything on the online help either Wendy.
Russ is usually very helpful - hope he can solve the problem!
