We have been Legacy users for many years and at times believe we are at the forefront relative to the quantity of events and pictures contained within the files. We have some persons with excess of 2,000 events and 4,500 linked pictures. Our current issue is with the Publication Centre which indicates certain problem outcomes when both chronology and picture scrapbook chapters are included with ancestor, descendant, lineage and timeline chapters within the book. We initially reported problems re this matter to Legacy in Dec 2009, to date no fixes forthcoming and every response to our questions do not commit to either a fix, or fix date. Is their anyone else who is in a similar position and would care to compare notes in that “work around” fixes may be considered whilst awaiting a Legacy based solution to the problems?
