Global editing surnames

Hi there,

Apologies if this has been answered already. I did Search but could not find an answer.
I have FTM 2019 and imported a GEDCOM file from a legacy version.
All of the surnames came across with a period between the Mc and Govern. Our family name is Mc Govern and the import placed a period where the space is.
Can I globally change all the surnames from Mc.Govern to Mc Govern?
