old town - how to add it in Family Tree

In France, someone is often born in a municipality that is later attached to another city.
Thus it is impossible to find the old municipality in GEO Database.
How can it indicate this in LEGACY 9 (Family Tree)? Is it possible to add a subdivision to a municipality or to display the attachment of the city of birth?

Hi Jacky,

If you add the city that it is now and then in the notes section state the municipality that they originally came from? I don't really know as I don't use this particular program.
