Family Tree 2011 and Ancestry

Hi. Firstly I would like to apologise for my lack of understanding but.... I am having trouble printing from Ancestry which is throwing not very helpful messages up including there may be gremlins! I currently have windows 10 on my pc. I tend to view Ancestry through Google chrome. However, when I search from FTM 2011 this is when I receive these error messages. How would I know if I am accessing Ancestry through google chrome when searching through FTM. I hope that my explanation is clear but feel free to ask me questions
