Sounds like an old browser problem - what browser are you using and is it up to date?

UPDATE: I can see that you are using IE9 - you really do need to update your browser now.

IE is now on version 11: https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/down...7-details.aspx

    Of try Firefox: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/

    Or Chrome: https://www.google.co.uk/intl/en_uk/chrome/

I got this when I went onto the above version IE

The latest version available for your system is already installed.

Although Internet Explorer 11 for Windows 7 will not run on your system, you can download Internet Explorer 11 for Windows 7 for other systems.

Clicking "Next" to download Internet Explorer 11 for Windows 7 or use the navigation above to continue searching for downloads.

does this mean im ok? thanks for help.

It looks as though your computer might need updating as well, so I suggest that you try a different browser and see what happens? Otherwise you may continue to run into trouble.
