changing password?

Can anyone point me in the right direction to change my password on this site? Father Xmas has bought me a tablet(?) and I cannot access this site on it unless I login! Have forgotten my password on main computer as I stay logged in!

Got 'banned' as I logged in 5 times with wrong password!!! Doh!!

go to settings top of page then on the left are options go to edit email and password
