thanks Trevor so how can I find the drivers update now? I got rid of that message as I was worried as it said for an unknown device ???.

Have you added something to your PC recently? That message will probably reappear next time the computer tries to use it.

thanks Wendy thats why I was worried no I haven't, I only plugged in my camera to upload some photos, but its not a new one, have used it lots of times.
