Installed IE 10 and google news and other toolbars have gone

How do I reinstate these please. I have Windows 7 OS.:(

On the right of the toolbar you see that has 'page' 'safety' etc, Select TOOLS
Then select Toolbars
You should be able to turn on the toolbars if they are listed

Thanks but they are not listed. i want the black panel tO come up with images, news, more, search, maps, play, Youtube etc as I have in Firefox.
