  • Week 42 (Oct. 18-24): Sports

Sports can bring a lot of enjoyment to our families, either as participants or spectators.
Any sports memorabilia get passed down?
Does your family have a traditional Thanksgiving Day football game?

    Thank you Caroline.

As I am linking my post for this week, I am reminded of my Grandad (on my Mum's side) who was a lifelong Brentford Football Club supporter. In his life the team were in the lower national Football leagues, BUT this year they are part of the English Premier league and at present holding their own, in the upper half at present. How proud, he would have been. Nonetheless this week I have written my post about a clergyman, Reverend Arthur Osborne Montgomery Jay 1858-1945, aka "The Boxing Parson".
