Record Office: look up Carlisle record Office

If anyone on the list who could kindly do me a look up at Carlisle Record Office. As I live some distance away and do not drive I would like to check out the options for me if the reference I want checking is worth looking at. The details are below.
ref DX448/13 Marriage settlement for George Brownrigg. 1706 1761.
All the information could be useful but I am particulary keen to know about the will of Elizabeth Nicholson.
Does the record office do a postal service of photo copies of records, if so I would like to know how much the whole record will cost and the process of applying
