Baptism Records

I have been helping an elderly man from Georgia USA who was born in Ghana, his father was a seaman from this Country, I am looking for a Baptism in possibly Harbridge Hampshire, about 1813, the Name is Robert Robinson or possibly Robertson, any help at all will be very welcome.

Thomas and Ann are still alive in 1841 census at Harbridge. The surname this time is Robinson. I think in the occupation column it says Ind (Independent Means) but it’s clear enough to be sure. The actual place of residence is transcribed as Claring Gate but I’m darned if I can find this anywhere on the net. The next places are Bleakhill / Bleak Hill and North End Farm which do still exist.

There is a Thomas Robison death in Ringwood District in 1849. He was 78 at death so birth c.1771 which is a match for the man in 1841 census.

There are larger gaps between the last two so maybe some babies lost before they were due or stillborn?

Thats Fabulous, that will give me something to get mind on, one last favour, do you think you could find the baptism for Thomas 1771?.

Nothing in Harbridge 1771 +/-2 years. I set the distance to 20 miles around there and the nearest was this one which is roughly 23.5 miles away. It was the only entry in Hampshire but of course, there’s no guarantee it’s him.
