Portrait photos of father-in-law for cleaning please

I have three lovely portrait photos of my father-in-law, which I would like to put on the same page of a scrapbook I am putting together for his daughter's 60th birthday. Could someone please try and clean them so that all three have the same 'feel' to them? This first one needs more work than the other two.

Thanks Alan! I think it must be really difficult to deal with the 'crumples' at the bottom of the photo, but you've certainly improved it a lot.
