I can tell you we have a family mystery regards court case in 1908 about Darley v Darley and the 1st exhibit of the case was the marriage cert of Tom Darley and Sarah Ann Darley nee Mowbray not sure if thios country or in Aus ;;;

From the tree on Ancestry it appears that Tom Darley emigrated to Australia in 1896.
Marriage to Sarah Ann Mowbray was 1875.

Not sure how you would access Aussie court cases - wonder if there might be any online newspapers.

Dont know Elaine but thats the big mystery with the family at the moment also something to do with Lional daleys birth 1903 his mother was Elizabeth Darley but no father listed on cert we have just recieved but when he married he put Tom Darley down as the father ;;so we have been having e-mails back and forth regarding this ;;
