Erm.....wasn't Frederick Grace Margaret's first husband? Anyway, the above ref is the Wakefield one and that Fred would have been about 24 in 1919.

Bren, the latest census easily available is the 1901 when he was just a child, so I don't think that would tell you who he lived with before marrying Margaret, sorry. Probably the 1911 wouldn't help either as he would only be a teenager on that one.KiteRunner
