Note he doesn't have a middle name and he didn't when he married. The middle name was on his childrens birth certs, I think.

The Wakefield one was one of the two families I looked at yesterday! I didn't know how we would ever discover which one was right, so do you know how it was decided Fred was from Wakefield?

Erm.....wasn't Frederick Grace Margaret's first husband? Anyway, the above ref is the Wakefield one and that Fred would have been about 24 in 1919.

merry i put him as her seond hubbie and he was her first he left her but ms beleives he was with another women before he married her mum,so she was wondering on the census if they were others mentioned at the address he was at and if o who ?brenda xxx

Bren, the latest census easily available is the 1901 when he was just a child, so I don't think that would tell you who he lived with before marrying Margaret, sorry. Probably the 1911 wouldn't help either as he would only be a teenager on that one.
