I have looked and looked... and then looked some more, tried every combination I can think of, but no, can I find her?
I only found them on the 1871 purely by chance.. as Frances was mistrans as "Thanos"... gawd knows how they got that one!!!

She had another daughter as well, but I cannot find her after the 1851 either, I suspect she is williams daughter too but was on the 1851 as the housekeepers daughter (frances) but she seems to marry william the next year 1852 in london.

Ernest John Dunscombe probably wasn't born until 1873.

I wonder where the extra C came into play? certainly wasnt on the 1881, unless it was forgotten?

this is my original post
I really want to find the mother... Frances Nex Burgess Nee Middleton.
the 1861 is the only one I cant find her on, Her Husband (well the chap she is living with in 51) was a minister... BUT in later census he becomes an estate agent? but is dead before the 1881 cens
William Burgess (more likely mistrans as burger) born 1816 in darsham? suffolk

I wonder if they were an army family and spent time abroad?

Did you actually need the birth cert, or was it info on it you wanted, like who here father was?
I can't find any of them on any other census, nor a marriage for the mum. Only a death for the bro in 1890 (I think it was) and a "maybe" marriage in 1899 for Sarah, which seems awfully late. Can't see a death for mum either.
Sorry, I always go round the houses if I can't find the thing requested!!

LOL... too cold for gardening,
I do have her bro's reg yes, But I cannot find this family in the 1861 cens, I do have them on 51/71/81/91/ and I think I have her in 1901, but for the life of me I cant find her/and family in the 1861, it doesnt help that they move from pillar to post and back again... I have tried Sar** and Han** etc, but nothing seems to throw them up even have used Bur***** as well, but they are determined to stay hidden for a bit longer.... hrrrumph..
