Anyone had any trouble paying for Ancestry?

With a debit card recently?

I was told they only accept credit cards now..

There was a period a few months ago when they did not accept debit cards. I received a letter saying that my susbscription would/could not be renewed automatically.
I recently received a second letter from them saying that the "problem" has been resolved and that debit cards are ok again.

Ha a thread where I knew the answer!!

Thanks Jane, thats put my mind at rest..

They told me on the phone a short while back that they couldnt accept debit cards. Im glad there back to normal..
