any help on a year please

hi,
has anyone got any idea as to what time/year this photo could have been taken? it was in a bundle sent to me many years ago by my dads cousin with limited information the back simply says "florrie wife of jerry, mums side". The cousin i have since lost contact with and cant locate him. I have no jerry linked to the cousins mum's side of family via either parent.

Photo taken in the 1920s I would say. Possibly 1930s. The shorter skirt gives it away as being at least the 1920s.
