GOV. UK. Probate help please

Ordered a probate record, paid my £1.50 and had an email to say it's ready to download.

No idea how to find it because there's no link.

Been trying all morning.

Problems with my address and password. Changed password and still have no idea how to find the relevant page to download the info.

Anybody got a link please?

Having the link won't help, Rachel. Others have suggested on another post you need your password in order to download it. How did you order it in the first place?

The url below allows you to create an account. Hopefully, if you already have an account they will tell you so and offer the "forgot your password option" thereby allowing you to enter your account with a new password.

Edit: Quote from Find a Will:
"You won’t be able to access the grant/will straight after ordering it. You will get an email confirming your order but this will not mean that your copy is ready to be downloaded.

You will get an email when it is ready to download. You will then be able to log in to the system and go to “My Wills” and save each available item to your computer. After you have logged in, the copy will be available for 31 days, so make sure that you save it before then."
