Can't find a death entry on GRO?

Hi, I'm trying to narrow down Eleanor Deverill's (nee Smith) birth but the death index on Ancestry doesn't show how old she was when she died so thought I'd use the info from it on the GRO but the GRO doesn't seem to have the record!?

Is this common or is the Ancestry record likely to be transcribed wrongly?
