gro website help

hi,
is anyone else having problems purchasing certs on gro?

i have 3 in my basket however, when i go to checkout the worldpay says can't complete transaction as cookies are disabled or transaction cancelled. My son (who is good with IT) has looked at my laptop and phone and both have gro listed as cookies allowed. he's cleared cookies and cache as well and get the same thing. neither me nor my son have any ideas on how to sort it.

i sent gro an email and the reply was they had some issues over christmas but all are resolved now and to try again.

any ideas greatful.

yes, tried that and no luck.

however, my son has manged to get them ordered via his phone for me - 1st time no problems. so no idea.

Is it a bookmarked site? or is it one that you have just typed in through a browser? if it is in your bookmarks it might be that the site isn't recognising the bookmark, maybe the site has been updated. Where you buying actual certs or PDFs?

typed into search bar, all was ok on site until i went to check out and pay, was certs.
