Hi, it's very hard to find out unless you know the mother's maiden name or through DNA.

Will also add that we don't post any living persons name on this thread.

Someone else might be able to point you in the right direction.

Hi - and welcome to FTF!

You've mentioned that you've tested at AncestryDNA. Besides the results of the specific DNA testing, your results were compared to other people who have had the AncestryDNA test for matching sequences of DNA. Ancestry could only match you to people who have "kits" in Ancestry's database.

There are other databases out there. You can move your DNA testing results to some of those other databases to see if you have any matches there. MyHeritage.com, FamilyTreeDNA.com and gedmatch.com accept outside test results with little or no charge, tho they often charge to expand to full utilities.

Many of the kits you find in these other databases are the same people's kits you matched at AncestryDNA. Some are not, so if you move your results around to these other databases you will be "fishing all the ponds"

Another database to consider testing at is 23andme.com, but it doesn't accept outside results.

          But!
If your father did have other children - they still need to test! So, unless they're seeking other genetic family members, you're not likely to find them in any of these databases.
